Everything at this eco-friendly hotel was great as we expected. The breakfast was gorgeous with a wide array of food! Our fairly quiet room had a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe.

The room was a good size and had smoke detectors installed for safety purposes, while being centrally located and close to Dort Ayakli Minare.

We had stayed at this hotel two days previously and requested that we had the same room as before. This was allocated to us again. We spent a very good New Years Eve on the top floor of the hotel at their all inclusive Dinner/Show which was very good value.

The location in the centre of the city was a plus.
On taking a shower there was a big leak from under the bath which almost flooded the small bathroom. On speaking with the hotel Reception we were moved to a better room, and no leak in the bathroom.

Extremely weak restaurant. Hotel is greatly over-priced for actual quality. It looks like it was once first rate, but now in much decline.

We had a luxurious stay at a 5-star hotel here. the exclusive amenities, like the spa and wellness centre, were exceptional and met our needs perfectly. the massage service was relaxing and the Turkish bath was a unique experience we won't forget. the garden area was also a great place to unwind.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the restaurant. Although the menu had special diet options, the quality of the food was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's standards.
